Engineering
Comprehensive engineering services for infrastructure and water-management assets, guiding projects from concept and front-end engineering design (FEED) through detailed design, issued-for-construction (IFC) documentation, and as-built handover. Our objective is to deliver solutions that are demonstrably safe, constructible, and compliant with applicable standards.
Across Poland and U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) programs, we support public owners, contractors, and specialist suppliers by integrating project planning with budgeting, review, and rigorous constructability and risk assessments. We furnish technical advisory for construction operations and water assets (treatment facilities, conveyance networks, pumping systems etc.) and conduct evaluations supported by structured stakeholder coordination and reporting.
Operating within combined regulatory frameworks, we align quality, safety and environmental requirements from project inception to ensure transparent, traceable delivery. We further contribute to business development by shaping scopes of work, undertaking options appraisals, and preparing proposal inputs that mitigate delivery risk and convert strategic intent into executable, value-driven outcomes.

Procurement
When the scope calls for it, PROJETO provides compliant sourcing and supply of specified technical materials, equipment, and services through. We offer single-point accountability with end-to-end traceability.
We align procurement with approved standards and acceptance criteria under requirements. Documentation is complete and auditable plus linked to the project record. We maintain cost awareness and manage across the chain.
Working with designers and contractors, we ensure conformity to approved specifications, manage lead times and expediting, and address supply risk, obsolescence, and substitutions through a controlled approval path. Cost and schedule impacts are communicated early and recorded clearly. This service is delivered only when consistent with the contract scope and stakeholder requirements, and remains separate from evaluation/award decisions.
Subject to the distribution channel and commercial framework, PROJETO operates as an on-request wholesaler, while preserving compliance and full traceability.

Knowledge Transfer
We design practical learning, translating real project experience in water and environmental infrastructure into actionable skills. Focusing on multidisciplinary planning and estimating, design constructability and risk assessments with compliant procurement under desired frameworks.
Delivery formats include executive briefings, workshops, guest lectures, and on-site coaching embedded with project teams.
Instructors bring hands-on experience and experience, backed by internal mentoring practice and industry presentations. Programs can be tailored for water/wastewater/environmental assets, utilities and contract or subcontractor evaluation.

We reinvest a share of our work into the places and waters we depend on. Each year PROJETO commits 1-20% percentage of revenue and dedicated 60-80 pro-bono hours to environment stewardship, STEM education, and mentoring young engineers across Pomerania and globally – prioritising small, local initiatives with clear outcomes and transparent reporting.
PROJETO is capable of engaging with schools, NGOs, municipalities, and non-profits in the region advancing water, environmental, or technical education – including initiatives that directly interact with the arts. Eligibility is assessed on demonstrated need, projected impact, and delivery feasibility.
