Technical Advisory & Turnkey Project Delivery

We provide integrated advisory and delivery across the full project lifecycle so water and wastewater assets are buildable, compliant, and economical to run. Our team develops concepts into coordinated building/execution/technical designs, secures permits, prepares procurement packages, and manages site activities through commissioning and commercial close-out. Core scope includes potable water distribution, stormwater drainage (including bridge/viaduct and provincial/national/express road schemes with treatment trains such as hydrodynamic separators and filtration), sanitary sewers with lift stations, on-site/domestic wastewater treatment, local retention systems (detention/retention, soakaways, blue-green measures), and odour-control solutions (valves, filters, trap primers, ventilation improvements). Acting as Owner’s Representative / Clerk of Works—and where applicable the FIDIC Engineer—we safeguard compliance with Building Law and relevant PN/EN standards (and US DoD/USACE conventions when required), while maintaining cost discipline through phasing, value engineering, and early supply-chain checks. Programmes, BoQs, and investor/as-built cost estimates are transparent and traceable; risks and contingencies are explicit; acceptance criteria are measurable. Close collaboration with the Owner and Contractor reduces change on site, shortens commissioning, and minimises lifecycle OPEX. Where the brief requires, we can execute construction of water and sewer networks (including lift stations) to keep design intent aligned with delivery outcomes.
End-to-end pathway: site visit → concept → building/execution/technical design → tendering & contracting → supervision & coordination → commissioning/acceptance → settlement & as-built documentation.
Cost Estimating & Commercial Evaluation

We deliver complete project cost estimation across all design stages—concept, FEED, detailed, IFC, and as-built—using Polish and U.S. toolchains to ensure cross-market credibility. We work natively in Norma Expert (KNR/KSNR, KNNR, custom price bases, overhead/profit, detailed build-ups) and RSMeans (assemblies, city cost indices, crews/productivity, markups). Our approach covers the full cost picture: quantity take-off, labour/equipment/productivity, vendor quotations, logistics/imports, commissioning, OH&P, risk/contingency, escalation, and lifecycle OPEX. Estimates are benchmarked and IGCE-ready, with clear assumptions and sensitivity to lead times, phasing, access constraints, and constructability. We perform commercial due diligence on bids (arithmetic checks, scope gaps, exclusions, compliance), develop IGCEs, and prepare negotiation memoranda with transparent variance explanations. Outputs are audit-ready, source-traceable, and aligned with PL/EU or US DoD/USACE standards, supporting budget confidence, schedule realism, and contractable packages. Our goal is simple: predictable out-turn cost with quantified risk, credible allowances, and delivery-focused alternatives that maintain performance and value engineering.
End-to-end delivery: scope & WBS definition → quantity takeoff and pricing (Norma Expert / RSMeans) → indirects, risk & escalation modeling → market testing and vendor quote normalization → estimate review (3-point or parametric cross-checks) → submission package (BoQ, Basis of Estimate, assumptions, alternates, value-engineering options) → post-tender evaluation and negotiation support.
Design Review, Constructability & Value Engineering

We minimize project riks before they reach site by running structured, interdisciplinary reviews across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation/controls, and temporary works. Compliance is verified against specifications, and other conventions. We test constructability: phasing and staged handovers, access and lifting envelopes, traffic/pedestrian management, isolations and tie-ins to live systems, confined-space and ATEX implications, and commissioning readiness. Drawings, specifications, and BoQs are challenged against ground conditions, utilities conflicts, weather windows, logistics, permits, and supply-chain availability (lead times, alternates, obsolescence, local approvals). Findings become buildable details, prioritised RFIs, and quantified VE options with cost/schedule/risk deltas and lifecycle implications (energy, maintenance, spares). Where helpful, we issue mark-ups, clash snapshots, method sketches, and acceptance criteria aligned with QA/HSSE plans and commissioning evidence—so tenders are clearer, construction is safer, and changes are minimised in the field. Deliverables are tender- and site-ready: redlines, consolidated comments, BoQ adjustments, and a close-out matrix tracking resolution through pre-construction, keeping budgets and programmes credible.
Stormwater, Wastewater & Water Distribution Advisory

We help public owners, EPCs, and facility operators plan and deliver resilient stormwater, sanitary, and potable water-distribution systems—from a single facility to campus-scale networks. Our scope spans hydrologic/hydraulic assessments (SWMM/EPANET class), flood and surcharge mitigation, and right-sized retention/detention that fits physical constraints and budgets. On the potable side we address pressure zoning, fire-flow/peak-hour criteria, backflow protection, surge control, metering/NRW reduction, and asset renewal. We translate models into buildable solutions: inlet capacity tuning, overflow routing, blue-green infrastructure, storage/pipe upsizing, and controls. Typical outputs include feasibility studies; rainfall–runoff and network modeling; water-hammer and storage sizing checks; constructability-focused retrofit details; and phased investment plans with clear cost/schedule impacts. Deliverables are standards-aligned and tender-ready, with practical O&M guidance (asset registers, inspection/cleaning intervals, response playbooks) so systems keep performing after handover.
End-to-end delivery: site visit and condition survey → concept and preliminary/detailed design (specs, BoQs) → permitting support → contractor/procurement input → construction supervision and QA/HSSE oversight → commissioning, performance verification, and acceptance/handover documentation.
Assets – Inspection, Testing & Certification

We assess, test, and—where the jurisdiction requires—certify critical site systems beyond tanks. For oil–water separators we check media integrity, retention/drawdown, sludge inventory, tightness, and effluent clarity; for wastewater lift stations we verify pump duty/curves, level floats/ultrasonic sensors, guide rails/couplings, NRVs/check valves, valve pits, alarms/SCADA; for plumbing/water/ventilation systems we measure airflow/pressure balance, capture at sources, roof-stack performance, noise/energy, and ATEX considerations where applicable. We also cover backflow preventers (RPZ), PRVs, hydrants, meters, UV/chlorination, carbon/biofilters. Outputs include calibrated test data, a defect register with severity ranking, conformity statements or an engineer’s certificate, and costed remedial actions with safe work methods. Where needed, accredited labs provide water/air sampling; work is planned for minimal downtime with clear, standards-aligned acceptance criteria.
End-to-end delivery: site survey and asset list → test plan & method statements → functional testing and measurements → certification package (reports, data, certificates) → punch-list closeout and re-test as required.
Tank Inspection & Cleaning

We provide end-to-end inspection, cleaning, and reinstatement of potable, fire-fighting, and rainwater tanks, balancing hygiene, safety, and downtime. Each visit begins with isolation and safety planning, then internal inspection (visual, UT wall-thickness where needed, fittings/linings), sediment removal, and disinfection. Where access is constrained, we deploy remote methods (ROV/ROV-crawler) to reduce contamination risk and keep systems available. We document condition with photo/video evidence, severity-ranked defect logs, and actionable recommendations covering seals, linings, anodes, vents, screens, anti-vortex arrangements, and practical maintenance intervals. Water-quality verification is provided as required and—on request—inspection can be certified by a qualified engineer, meeting client or regulator expectations. For portfolios we can standardise templates, asset IDs, and service intervals to drive compliance and budgeting.
End-to-end delivery: site assessment → cleaning/inspection plan and method statements → execution under supervision (CSE controls/ROV as applicable) → recommissioning and sampling → acceptance documentation, with optional asset registers and portfolio-level templates for long-term compliance.
Odour Control Advisory

Sewer odours typically arise from lost trap seals, stagnant branches, or inadequate venting. We diagnose root causes by mapping usage cycles, pressure transients, and stack geometry, then implement durable fixes that minimise cost and disruption. Depending on the building, solutions may include trap primers (pressure/flow/electronic), anti-odour filters (activated carbon/biofilters), valves (air-admittance/relief, check/non-return), ventilation corrections, or waterless trap barriers at selected points. In most cases, odour elimination is a minimal-cost intervention relative to refurbishment—often parts-plus-installation with measurable results. We specify primer manifolds and capillaries, coordinate with plumbing trades, and define objective acceptance criteria (H₂S/TVOC spot checks, smoke testing, negative/positive pressure limits). Deliverables include installer-ready schematics, procurement notes, commissioning checklists, and training for facilities teams. The outcome is a low-nuisance environment with predictable upkeep and traceable performance evidence, achieved with budget discipline and attention to operational realities.
End-to-end delivery: site survey and odour mapping → concept and detailed design → method statements → supervision of installation → commissioning with objective acceptance criteria → O&M routines for durable results.
